Pam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Training and Development, a Master’s degree in Management, a Master’s in Teaching Special Education with a Certification in Learning and Behavior Disorders (Grades P-12), as well as a Master’s in School Counseling. During her first career as a Human Resources Generalist, she worked collaboratively with staff in daily functions of personnel, including recruitment, administering training, and enforcing company policies and practices.  She has experience working with children and adults with diverse needs in the JCPS school system and the community at large, previously serving as an educator and currently as a high school counselor.
